Yes, we service all of Bryan/College Station and are also willing to travel outside of B/CS depending on location and availability.
YES! You pick the balloon color, tassel preference, and the message that you want written on the balloon.
We use 100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as mylar foil balloons. We use the highest quality balloons available. Our helium latex balloons are coated with a product that extends the life of the balloon from 18-48 hours, sometimes even multiple days. Indoor balloon installations last anywhere from 1 day to 3 months depending on the conditions. Helium is very sensitive to extreme heat and cold, meaning that the lifespan of your balloons could be affected by the temperature of your house or the weather outside.
Balloons don’t typically do well during the Texas heat so between the months of April - October, we strongly encourage indoor installations or to put them in a covered area out of direct sunlight. If a request is made for an installation outdoors that we feel might not sustain the heat, we are not able to return to fix any balloons that may have popped.
Yes, we offer gender reveal balloons! We can fill them with mini balloons as well as confetti. If your doctor has your results they can be emailed to hello@poppintexas.com. If your doctor has given you an envelope with the results, we can make arrangements to get the envelope from you.
1. Complete the inquiry form or order for pickup or delivery
2. Once you submit your inquiry, you can expect to hear back from us within 48 hours. Make sure to check your spam box as well for responses. If you need to get in touch with us sooner, feel free to call us at 979-220-3612.
3. After we receive your inquiry, we will be in touch to set up a call to go over all the details regarding your event. After our call, we will send you an invoice to pay a 50% deposit to hold your event date. The remaining balance of your deposit is to be paid in full within one week of your event date.
All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. In the event that your event is canceled, a credit will be held on your account indefinitely and can be used in the future.
Once the event has ended, taking down the installation is the responsibility of the client. If you are interested in us coming back to remove the balloons and command hooks, this can be provided at an additional charge based on the size of your install. Please mention this when you inquire.
We use a variety of hooks to install our garlands. Depending on the surface of the wall, we typically will use wall friendly 3M command hooks. We can provide you with instructions on how to remove the hooks if needed.

Yes! We do offer pickup at our studio! We are located at 505 University Dr. E. Suite 801 College Station, TX 77840. You can pick up helium bundles as well as garlands-to-go!
IMPORTANT PICK-UP INFORMATION - When picking up, please keep in mind that your balloons cannot be picked up in a truck or car- it must be a SUV with no car seats, boxes, tools, sports equipment or luggage in the back. All seats must be down and the car must be empty to ensure there is enough space for your balloons to fit!
Typically we will arrive with all balloons fully inflated. There are some cases where the balloons need to be inflated on site. We will discuss the installation time once your order is placed and your deposit has been paid.
